Adding Users

From the Home page, on the right side of the navigation menu, click Admin.

Note that the navigation menu is dynamic, based on access granted to the user.

As the Administration page opens, the first tab is Users, displayed by default. This is an example displaying how users have already been added by the SuperAdmin.


The Users tab is the place where you add all colleagues that interact with your brightRserver, regardless of their user role.

The number of rows corresponds to the total number of users included in your Subscription Plan. Upgrades are available for additional users.

At a minimum, to start, it is a good idea to add the users that will be SuperAdmins and/or Editors. These roles will be assigned in later steps.

Users that are Consumers can be added later, once you are ready to share content.
